Fire Door Gap Upgrade Seals
Fire Door Gap Upgrade Seals are designed to salvage existing non-compliant fire doors with excessive side gaps or bottom gaps, bringing them back in line with the requirements of AS1905.1 and AS1530.4. These upgrade products can often prevent the costly replacement of a complete fire door set while restoring compliance.
Why Gap Seals Matter
Large gaps around a fire door compromise its Fire Resistance Level (FRL) and allow smoke and flames to spread between compartments. Gap upgrade seals provide a tested solution to close down non-compliant clearances and help your doorset achieve certification.
