At Fire Door Factory, we supply and install fully certified fire-rated doorsets, tested to AS1905.1 and AS1530.4, suitable for both residential and commercial projects.
Fully Tested and Certified
Our fire doors and frames are manufactured and tested in accordance with the National Construction Code (NCC) and Building Code of Australia (BCA). Each doorset is tested as a complete specimen, ensuring reliable performance and compliance during inspections. Products are sourced from trusted core sponsors such as E-Core®, Pyropanel® and Firecore®.

Why Frames Matter
The fire door leaf and the frame must be tested together to achieve the certified Fire Resistance Level (FRL). Frames are available in pressed metal or timber, depending on the project specification, and are installed in accordance with AS1905.1. Using non-tested or mismatched frames can void compliance and certification.
